These terms cover the ALTDEL website and its free learning materials. ALTDEL is a brand operated by Title Homes, LLC ("we," "us" or "our"). Title Homes, LLC is a Nevada limited liability company registered to do business in California.

These terms set the conditions for using the website and its materials. If you do not agree to them, do not use the site or download its materials. Nothing here limits rights the law does not let you waive.

Use this website for lawful purposes and provide accurate details when contacting us. You must have authority to share the information you send and to act for a business you represent.

Our initial services are for U.S. customers. This website is intended for adults. Requests from outside the U.S. require a separate review before we agree to provide services.

A Connect now button or inquiry starts a conversation. It does not confirm an appointment, order paid work or create a client agreement. We agree on scope, fees, timing and duties separately before paid work starts.

These website terms do not set payment, subscription, refund, support or data-processing terms for future software products or mobile apps. Those terms will be supplied before signup or purchase. A signed client agreement controls the paid work it covers.

Products marked in planning, in development or coming soon are not available offers. Descriptions may change. There is no promise that a planned product will launch by a set date.

The Monolith Workspace V24 PDF and matching reader kit are free downloads during the stated free offer. Downloading them does not start a subscription or authorize a later charge.

You may download, copy and use the ALTDEL book and reader kit for your own learning and internal business work. You may adapt the reader-kit templates for those purposes. Keep any copyright and source notices. This permission covers ALTDEL's original material. Third-party names, marks and materials remain subject to their owners' rights and any separate terms.

Do not resell or republish the book or kit as a standalone download without permission, or claim you created someone else's work. These terms do not limit rights you have under the law.

We may change future offers. A change does not create a charge for a file you already received for free, or take away the permitted use granted for that copy.

Website content, code, designs and brand marks remain with their owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of ALTDEL marks, third-party marks or other protected work to you. Linking to a page does not give permission to copy its content or imply our endorsement.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law, including fair use, or rights granted by a separate open-source license.

These terms do not transfer ownership of your message or business information to us. We use inquiry details to assess and answer the request, as described in the Privacy Policy. A general contact message is not a confidentiality agreement. Arrange secure handling and agreed terms before sending private client data or trade secrets.

AI can produce errors, incomplete answers and unsafe suggestions. Review and test output before using it, especially for decisions that affect people, money or private data. You remain responsible for how you use the free materials and your tools.

Our examples and articles are for general learning. They do not replace legal, tax, financial or other advice suited to your case. Research cited on this website does not promise that you will achieve the same results.

We do not guarantee a business return, savings, accuracy or compliance from using this website or its free downloads. Any specific service commitments belong in the agreement for that work.

Do not send spam or malicious code, misuse another person's data, bypass access controls, disrupt the site, or infringe someone else's rights. Do not use the materials for unlawful conduct.

Links to social networks, AI tools and other providers lead to services we do not operate. Their terms, fees and privacy practices apply to your use of them. A link does not promise their availability or results.

To the extent allowed by law, the free website and downloads are provided as is and as available. We do not promise that they will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for every purpose. We may correct, change or remove website content.

Nothing here removes a warranty or consumer right that the law does not let us exclude. A separate paid agreement may give you additional commitments.

To the extent allowed by law, Title Homes, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the free website or downloads, such as lost profits or loss of business opportunity.

This does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. It does not change obligations in a signed service agreement. Any further liability limit for paid work must be stated in that agreement.

Updates will appear here with a new effective date. We will give clear notice of material changes and seek agreement where required. New terms do not apply retroactively to change an existing signed contract.

If ownership or the company operating ALTDEL changes, we will name the new operator in updated legal pages. Any transfer of client agreements or personal information must follow those agreements and applicable law, including consent where needed.

These website terms alone do not transfer a contract or release Title Homes, LLC from its existing duties.

Contact hello@altdel.ai so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action or jury-trial rights. Any law or venue chosen for paid work must be addressed in its contract.

Rights that cannot be waived under the law still apply. If one provision cannot be enforced, the rest applies to the extent allowed by law. A failure to enforce a term once does not waive the right to enforce it later.
