Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 24, 2026.

Who we are.

ALTDEL is a brand operated by Title Homes, LLC ("we," "us" or "our"). Title Homes, LLC is a Nevada limited liability company registered to do business in California. It is responsible for the information covered by this policy.

This policy covers the ALTDEL website, contact inquiries, newsletter and free downloads. Our initial services are for U.S. customers. This policy does not cover Title Homes, LLC's real-estate services or other websites. Client work, software products and mobile apps may have their own privacy notices. We will provide any such notice before collecting data for that service.

Email: hello@altdel.ai. Mail: Title Homes, LLC, Attn: ALTDEL Privacy, 1244 Valley View Rd. #103, Glendale, CA 91202.

What we collect and why.

Inquiries: your name, email address, message and any business details you choose to send. We use them to answer you, assess your request and discuss possible work. Sending an inquiry does not sign you up for marketing.

Newsletter: your email, signup choice and related signup records. We use them to send the updates you request and manage your choices. MailerLite handles signup and email delivery. Follow any request to confirm your email. Use the unsubscribe link in a newsletter to stop future marketing emails.

Our newsletter uses MailerLite to report delivery, email opens and link clicks. Open tracking is enabled by default for our campaigns and automated emails. It uses a tiny image in the email. MailerLite may process your IP address and browser or email-app details for this tracking. Email settings and privacy tools can affect these reports. We use the reports to assess and improve our emails. Website Cookie settings do not control email tracking. You can stop future newsletters through their unsubscribe link or by emailing us.

Site and security data: our hosts and spam checks process IP addresses, browser and device signals, request details and security results. This helps deliver pages, check that a request is genuine and limit abuse. This processing can occur even if you reject optional analytics.

Free downloads: the V24 PDF and reader kit are direct downloads. They do not require an email or payment. Hosting still processes the download request; an optional click event may be recorded if you allow analytics.

Please do not send passwords, card details, private client files or other sensitive records through the contact form.

Optional analytics and browser storage.

Optional analytics starts only after you allow it in Cookie settings. We use Cloudflare to count site actions and Google Analytics to understand visits and traffic sources. These are separate reports; we do not add them together as extra leads.

Our Cloudflare Analytics Engine records contain page and event labels, selected action labels, a page version, country and broad device, browser and system types. They do not contain message text, email addresses, full page URLs, query strings, raw IP addresses or raw browser headers.

With your consent, Google Analytics uses cookies to recognize a browser for up to 30 days. It receives page labels, known traffic sources, device details and events for accepted forms and download clicks. A download click does not prove that a file finished downloading. A newsletter form acceptance does not prove that you confirmed an email subscription.

Our tracking does not send form text, names, email addresses or raw page query strings to Google Analytics. Google receives network data when your browser connects to it. We turn off Google signals and ad personalization and do not link this setup to Google Ads.

Our site uses a short-lived consent token, which is a code that confirms your choice. That code and random event IDs are sent to our service. They are not saved in the Analytics Engine records. Your browser stores the choice and code for up to 30 days.

After you withdraw consent, our service may keep the consent code until it expires to block later events. This limited record is separate from the analytics reports.

You can withdraw optional analytics consent in Cookie settings. This stops later tracking from this page and clears the Google Analytics cookies we set. It does not recall records already sent. Contact us about earlier records; we may need more details to find them.

The site does not currently change its analytics choice in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control browser signals. Use Cookie settings to reject optional analytics. We do not use the website analytics to build advertising profiles across websites.

Who receives information.

Cloudflare hosts the site, runs Turnstile spam checks, delivers contact email and stores the optional analytics. Google Workspace receives accepted inquiries in our business inbox. MailerLite processes newsletter signup and delivery. Their services may process technical data under their own privacy terms as well as our instructions. Google Analytics processes optional website usage data after consent.

For this ALTDEL website, we do not sell personal information or share it for advertising that follows you across unrelated websites. We do not provide your inquiry to other companies for their own marketing.

We may share needed records with advisers, to meet a legal duty, to respond to lawful requests, or to prevent abuse. If ALTDEL moves to a new owner or company, records may be part of that transfer. Laws and suitable data safeguards still apply. We will explain any major change and seek consent where required.

Opening the newsletter form connects your browser to MailerLite. It receives request data, such as your IP address and browser details, even if you reject our optional website analytics. MailerLite describes its use of cookies and tracking tools in the privacy notice linked below.

Clicking a social link takes you to an outside service. Outside providers may collect data over time and across websites under their own policies. This policy does not control their separate websites.

How Google uses data from sites that use its services

How long we keep information.

Cloudflare Analytics Engine stores event records for three months under its current service limits. This period does not apply to contact email, newsletter or security records.

Google Analytics keeps user and event data for two months. New visits do not extend this time. Reports that group data may remain longer.

We keep inquiry records as needed to answer and follow up on the request, manage a client relationship, meet legal duties or resolve disputes. We keep newsletter records while you subscribe and may keep a limited record of your opt-out so we do not send unwanted email.

We use the purpose of the record, our ongoing relationship with you, legal duties and security needs to decide how long to keep it. Deletion from active systems may not remove backup copies at once. Provider backup and security records follow their service terms.

Your choices and requests.

Email hello@altdel.ai or write to the mailing address above to ask what information we hold about you. You can request access, correction or deletion, or raise a concern. Include enough detail to help us find the records. Do not email identity documents unless we ask through a suitable process.

Your rights depend on the laws that apply to you and our business. They may include a copy of your data in a usable format, limits on certain uses, withdrawal of consent, an appeal or a complaint to a privacy authority. We will review requests under those laws and explain any limit on what we can do.

We may ask for proof of who you are or that an agent can act for you. We use that proof to handle the request. Some data must be kept for legal or security reasons. We do not penalize you for using privacy rights that the law gives you.

We will respond within the time required by the law that applies to your request. If an allowed extension is needed, we will tell you why and when to expect a reply. If we deny a request, we will explain the reason and any right to appeal.

Security and processing locations.

We use access controls and technical safeguards to protect the information we handle. No online service can promise complete security. If an incident requires notice under applicable law, we will provide that notice.

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries where they operate. Protections and rights can differ by location. Where a law requires safeguards for a cross-border transfer, those safeguards must apply.

Children.

The ALTDEL website is intended for adults seeking business services and learning materials. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact hello@altdel.ai so we can review and delete it where required.

Policy changes.

We will post updates on this page with a new effective date. For a material change, we will give a clear notice on the site and, where appropriate, contact affected people by email. We will obtain fresh consent where required before using information for a new purpose.

If ownership or the company operating ALTDEL changes, we will name the new operator here when the change takes effect. We will explain what the change means for your data and provide any notice or consent process the law requires.
