ALTDEL INTERNAL EXAMPLE / THIS WEBSITE

The work: update the ALTDEL website.

The website build used saved brand rules and page copy. Website Manager kept the request, build steps, checks and next action in one work record.

The sections below explain what those records let the team review and reuse.

01Company contextUse the facts already agreed.

The website uses ALTDEL’s saved brand rules, exact logo, service decisions and book files. These facts stay beside the work.

Use the exact supplied ALTDEL wordmark and slash files.

Website design guide
02Owner and work stageRoute the job to the right place.

The website request goes to Website Manager, then to its brief, page plan and build steps. Other products keep their own work.

Website Manager owns the page and receiver.

Saved website work, 14 September
03Permitted toolsTurn the plan into working pages.

The page builder makes the site from reviewed copy. Browser checks cover links, forms and how the pages work on a phone. A person decides when to release.

Allowed programs: existing Python builder/validators, Node/Playwright, read-only HTTP, image/media inspection and existing image tools.

Approved local build scope, 15 September
04Saved resultKeep the work and what comes next.

The page files, check results and next action are saved together. The next change starts from that record, with the same company rules.

All internal page targets and fragments resolve.

Local page check, 15 September

The team can review the page and return to a clear record when the next change starts.

Start from agreed company facts.

The build reused the exact ALTDEL logo, type, monochrome colors and tagline from saved brand rules. Page copy drew on the approved service and book details.

Those source facts remain separate from the current page task, so the next change can reuse them.

Send the work to the right owner.

The request went to Website Manager and the website work stage. The brief named the page goal, allowed inputs and output files.

That made the next task clear before tools were used.

Build and check with the allowed tools.

The website builder made pages from the selected copy and templates. Checks compared the page files and reviewed the result on desktop and phone.

A person could inspect the page and its checks before the next step.

Keep the result with its checks.

The build saved the page files, source fingerprints and check results. A fingerprint identifies the exact file version.

The work record kept the result, limits and next action together.

Pick up from the saved work.

The next website change used the prior page copy and release record as its starting point. Earlier files stayed available for review.

A team can see what was agreed, inspect what changed and continue from the saved next step.

What this example shows.

This is ALTDEL work on its own website. It shows saved context, clear task routing, permitted tools, checked output and work that can resume from those files.

It does not measure client savings or business results, and it does not show a system running without review.
